EndPoint

My current PhD work: EndPoint is an automated structural-pharmacology pipeline for TLR7/TLR8 innate-immune signalling and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) research. It takes a receptor and a curated structure library and produces fully parameterised, simulation-ready molecular-dynamics systems — folding structural bioinformatics, force-field assembly and automated quality governance into one orchestrated, reproducible pipeline.

TLR7 and TLR8 are endosomal RNA sensors whose dysregulation drives SLE, resolved across many crystal and cryo-EM states. EndPoint converts that heterogeneous structural library into consistent, fully solvated, explicitly glycosylated, protonation-resolved systems for every structure at once — the basis for ensemble-level analysis (FEP, ligand scoring, allostery mapping) under one consistent force-field treatment. It's designed to transfer cleanly to any receptor system beyond TLR: configuration is the source of truth, and no code contains receptor names, PDB IDs or residue numbers.

SelfTherapy

I co-founded and am CTO of SelfTherapy PTY LTD — designing, delivering and maintaining an entire AI-assisted therapeutic platform across backend, multi-platform mobile applications and web interfaces. It targets the enormous gap between mental-health needs and available support, while providing a safe space for people to carefully explore and unpack their experiences.

The Core backend is a Django DRF system with custom middleware calling Firebase for authentication, and complex model structures that organise personalised information inherited from AI interactions. The Flutter front end offers unique chat features that help users identify emotions, thoughts and sensations as they engage. In the background, layered AI agents interweave with gated database access to provide coherent, safe storage and retrieval of context.
